Digital Fife websites consistently score highly on internationally recognised accessibility tests.
LINK Fife Mental Health Befriending Projects provide a befriending service for Adults and Young People who have become isolated, lonely and disengaged due to a mental health issue. The aim of befriending is to enhance the quality of the befriendee’s life by supporting their welfare, personal development and capacity for self-determination, through forming a trusting relationship with a befriender.
Volunteers provide regular 1-2-1 emotional, social and practical support which positively impacts people’s wellbeing and connectedness, and to encourage them to participate more fully in the life of the community.
LINK is a member of Befriending Networks, Voluntary Health Scotland and Fife Voluntary Action. We are Volunteer Friendly Award accredited and proud to be a Real Living Wage employer.
